Alatri

Among these there was Alatri, with its massive Megalithic Walls built thousands of years ago by legendary creatures known as the Cyclops. The new web site of the International Folk Festival “Orbis Terrarum” of Alatri is online. There is plenty of hot news about this year’s edition: from the band Acquaragia Drom’s concert on August 15th to workshops of traditional music and dance, besides the usual night shows.

Take part in this unique five-day-experience in the shade of Alatri’s Megalithic Walls. Come discover different cultures and let yourself be carried away by the music and the dances that tell the story of people.

On the Festival website you can follow all the steps of the Festival's organisation and stay informed about all the participant groups, with pictures and videos and their biography.

Soon you'll have the possibility of voting for your favourite folk group in various categories, “music”, “dance” and “costume”. The winner for each category will be announced on the website.
